Nope its a fruit! Dont ask me what its called but jeremy brought home this fruit from a dr at work. If you cut it it smells like a lemon/ orange.. I have no idea how you would eat it but it smells so yummy.
It is a fingered citron. They can be quite expensive, can be used in elaborate floral arrangements, have a nice citrus smell. They have quite a history and age. I know, only I would know something wierd like that, but a friend just gave me one a couple months ago and she told me about them. Mine smelled great!
