Katelynn turned six!! (and yes it was clear back on Aug 27 but I wanted to remember what happened and since this is as close to a journal as it's going to get better late then never) My sister planned a pirate party for Katelynn to be a surprise the hard thing was trying to make a cake with katelynn always trying to see what was going on. We kept kidding her that the cake wasn't for her it was for my brother who was getting ready to go on a mission. We sent her in the other room to find something and when she came back everyone was dressed as pirates and said happy birthday....She replied...I thought andrew was leaving not his birthday. We had to explain it a few times that it was for her it was hilarious. ella really got into the pirate theme. She wanted to keep on her hat all night.
We also had a Little Mermaid Party when the new movie came out on her birthday. It was crazy fun with so many kids!! There are a few who didnt want to pose for the picture. We had blue under the sea streamers that katelynn tried to get us to keep up for the next week !
