awards trip

Jeremy worked hard last year at his new company and was able to take us on the president's circle of  excellence trip...we saw soo much this is just a quick version of the highlights.

We flew into Barcelona Spain and had time..a bit jet lagged.. but worth walking around and seeing the amazing church and old city.

We boarded the Seabourn ship and were off to Marseille France.
Me in the ocean in a cute little town off of Marseille called Cassis.

The next day we woke up in Monte Carlo, Monaco.. We had a spa day on the ship but this was the view out of the spa. It was so amazing to see everything.

That night the band Train came on the ship and did a little show for everyone...I am in the back!..yep thats it about 50-100 people..

After the show we ventured into Monte Carlo. We checked the Grand Pre race track on the way to the huge casinos that the town is famous for.

Jeremy just loved checking out all the incredible cars.

Next off to Porovenere Italy. We walked around town checking out the castle and old churches. Then boarded a boat tour that took us past all these tiny towns.. I dont know how they get on the hill without falling off. The last town we stopped to shop in. They were still fixing it after all the mud slides had hit this area and i guess took everything clear out to the ocean. I love all the colors (nothing ever looks as well on the camera..Im blaming the camera not my lack of photography skills haha)

Next port was Livorno, Italy. We took a Tour of the Pisa..
Its funny how a mistake can make such a huge tourist attraction when really the amazing part is the old church and the baptistery next door.

Last port was Sorrento Italy. One great part about being on such a small ship with just his company we were able to go into these little towns and ride a little boat to the dock. This town everything is up a cliff which makes for a fun little walk and amazing views.

Our ship stayed in Sorrento and we took an excursion to Pompeii. It was covered in volcanic ash long ago and has all since been excavated. Its amazing to think its over 2000 years old.

The cross walks are the huge boulders in the road and the grooves are from the chariots. the sides are numbered for different shops people would run.

In the middle of a house...nothing like an open garden in your living room.

our favorite spot.. our floor had a hot tub in the very front of the boat. We would sit there when the boat took off...best part ..most people didnt know it was there so it was usually us and two or three other couples..that and the boat not being full probably helped too haha

I told jeremy we are spoiled to never go on a normal cruise now after having such a big room and no fighting for a lounge chair. It was such an amazing opportunity I am so grateful we were able to go.
Thanks hun for working so hard that we could. .. and A
HUGE THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS
to Heather and Kevin for taking our kids!!!!!. I was worried about how it would be leaving a baby and not being able to call when we wanted but I knew they were well taken care of and had a blast with their cousins. Thanks for making it possible to go !!!!
